These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TR0 Wallet products and services provided by AMADOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

1. Product Description

TR0 Wallet is a cold storage NFC hardware wallet designed exclusively for cryptocurrency storage. The product does not support buying, selling, swapping, exchanging, or trading cryptocurrency. There are no exchange features, no marketplace connection, and no trading capabilities. TR0 Wallet is a storage-only device.

The product takes the form of an NFC-enabled card that pairs with compatible mobile wallet applications (such as Edge Wallet) via NFC tap. Private keys are stored on the card's EAL6+ secure element chip and never leave the device.

2. User Responsibilities

By purchasing and using TR0 Wallet, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and BIP39 recovery phrase
You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
You will keep your recovery phrase in a safe, offline location
You will use the product in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations related to your cryptocurrency holdings
You will not use the product for any unlawful purposes

3. Disclaimer of Financial Services

TR0 Wallet is not a financial service, investment advisor, broker, exchange, or custodian. We manufacture and sell hardware. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any financial services. The management and security of your digital assets is entirely your responsibility.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payment via cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Credit card payments may be available depending on your region. Orders are processed upon receipt and confirmation of payment. Shipping times vary by destination. Free shipping applies to all orders.

5. Returns & Warranty

TR0 Wallet comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only. Once a card has been initialized with a wallet, it cannot be returned for security reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMADOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for:

Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, lost or forgotten recovery phrases, or compromised personal devices
Functionality, bugs, or security issues in third-party applications (including Edge Wallet)
Blockchain network outages, congestion, or smart contract vulnerabilities
Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the TR0 Wallet brand, logo, designs, text, and software — is the property of AMADOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website or product after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
